What we collect
Information you give us through our enquiry forms or by email, such as your name, contact details and property details, plus basic technical data needed to operate the site securely.
Why we use it & our lawful basis
To respond to your enquiry and to provide our services (our legitimate interests, and taking steps to enter into a contract). We do not sell your data.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Details you send us through the enquiry forms are delivered to us by email through our forms provider (Web3Forms) and are not stored on the site.
Our enquiry forms use hCaptcha to block automated spam. hCaptcha checks that a submission comes from a person, may process technical information such as your IP address, and may set its own strictly necessary security cookies.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your message and your phone number are handled inside WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Meta is responsible for that service and its own privacy terms apply to it. We use what you send only to answer you, and we keep it only as long as we need to. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us or use the form instead.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to deliver our service, for example with our registered provider partners or approved trades, and where required by law.
Keeping it & your rights
We keep data only as long as necessary. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Just contact info@aliviashousingltd.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
