How the rent guarantee works
The rent guarantee applies for the term of the signed management agreement between you and Alivias Housing Ltd, and rent is paid monthly whether or not the rooms are occupied. It is subject to that agreement, including the property remaining lettable and compliant, and any conditions set out at signing. Full terms are provided in writing before you sign.
