Once the agreement is signed, paying you becomes our responsibility. The lettings, the residents, the housing-related support and the upkeep all sit with us, and your rent arrives each month whether every room is taken or half the house is empty. Rooms standing empty are our cost to carry, never yours.

What makes the rent guaranteed?
A signed management agreement. Under it we take on the letting and the running of the home, and paying your rent each month of the term becomes our obligation, not something that depends on who is living there. You see the full terms in writing before anything is signed.
What if rooms sit empty?
Your payment does not change. The rent still arrives in full each month for the term of the agreement. Finding residents is our job, and the cost of an empty room sits with us.
Who lives in the property?
Vetted residents in supported or transitional housing: people who benefit from some practical help to live well, or a stable base while they take their next step. We provide housing-related support, not personal care, and we keep the home to a high standard.
Who handles maintenance and compliance?
We do. Repairs, certification and day-to-day compliance are coordinated by us using qualified trades, working within the frameworks of established registered providers.
How long do agreements run?
Longer than a standard let. Supported and transitional housing works best on multi-year agreements, which is exactly what gives you a stable income and residents a settled home.
